1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ace354 platform ("Platform", "we", "ace354") and any user ("you", "member"). By accessing our services through the ace354 website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

ace354 is an online betting and casino service platform that offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and sports betting to users in Bangladesh. All services provided on the platform are for entertainment purposes only.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered final. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using ace354's services.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use ace354, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Providing a false age at the time of registration is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure. We may request an identity document or other proof at any time to verify a member's age.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same address, the same device, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

Registration requires an active mobile number and valid identity document details. ace354 reserves the right to reject any application, particularly if the information provided cannot be verified.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, ace354 may ask any member to submit a copy of their National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your ace354 username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

ace354 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Evidence of fraudulent activity on the account
• Evidence of account use by a minor
• Attempts to manipulate the system or software

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions or logins for 12 (twelve) months or more may be considered inactive. An applicable maintenance fee may be charged on such accounts, and the member will be notified in advance by email.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at ace354: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposited funds will be returned only via the same payment method used to make the deposit. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals generally reach the recipient's account within 10 to 45 minutes. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. ace354 may request additional verification for large withdrawals for security reasons.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If evidence of chargebacks, money laundering, or any other fraudulent transaction is found, ace354 reserves the right to seize all funds in the account and notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ace354 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus (total ৳3,000); depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 (total ৳18,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on specific games on ace354.
• ace354 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

5.4 VIP Program

ace354's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Members can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular play. The benefits and cashback rates for each tier are set by ace354 and are subject to change.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on ace354 are governed by these Terms and the specific rules of the relevant game or event. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless ace354 approves this in special circumstances.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, ace354 will decide whether to refund the relevant bets or settle them in another way. This decision is final and binding.

6.3 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a software error, server outage, or any other technical issue, ace354 reserves the right to void those transactions. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will be considered invalid.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

ace354 reserves the right to set a maximum amount that a member may withdraw from a single bet or within a specific time period. Members will be informed of this limit in advance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace354 platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus arbitrage or bonus fraud
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Software hacking, use of bots, or automated betting tools
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members
• Attempting unauthorised access to ace354's systems or network
• Operating a betting syndicate or using insider information for professional advantage
• Intentionally violating any provision of these Terms

8 Privacy and Data Protection

• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or failure to secure account credentials
• Expected but unrealised earnings from gaming

ace354's total liability for any single incident shall not exceed the amount the member had deposited in their account at that specific time.

11 Dispute Resolution

11.1 Resolution via Support

11.2 Formal Complaint

If the matter is not resolved through live chat, a written complaint may be submitted to ace354's complaints department. ace354 will provide a formal response within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the complaint.

11.3 Finality of ace354's Decisions

The decision of ace354 is final and binding on all matters relating to game rules, bet validity, wins and losses, and bonuses.

12 Changes to Terms

ace354 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of ace354's services after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Any delay by ace354 in exercising a right will not be considered a waiver of that right.
